Registration Guide for Alumni Association Membership

Access the Registration Page:

Open a web browser and go to  registration menu  to access the alumni association membership registration page.

 

Fill in User Account Information:

Username: Create a username using only English characters. Special characters such as -, _, ., or @ are allowed.

Email: Provide a valid and active email address.

 

Fill in Personal Information:

Title: Select a title such as Mr., Mrs., or Miss.

Student ID: Enter your student ID number.

Date of Birth: Provide your date of birth (Day/Month/Year).

Full Name (Thai and English): Enter your full name in both Thai and English.

Name Used at Graduation: If your current name differs from the one used at graduation, enter the name you used at that time.

Phone Number: Provide a valid contact number.

National ID Number: Enter your national identification number.

Line ID and Facebook: Enter your Line ID and Facebook account (if available).

 

Fill in Educational Information:

Program: Select the program you graduated from, such as Bachelor of Nursing Science or Nursing Certificate.

Graduation Batch: Indicate your graduation batch number.

Start and Graduation Date: Enter the dates when you started and completed your studies.

 

Set a Password:

Password: Create a secure password.

Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm it.

 

Fill in Your Current Address:

Address: Provide your current address.

Postal Code: Enter your postal code.

Province and District: Select the province and district where you reside.

 

Accept Terms and Policies:

Read and agree to the alumni association's privacy policy and terms of use.

 

Submit the Registration Form:

Once all information has been completed and reviewed for accuracy, click the "Register" button to submit your information.

 

 

After Registration:

Receive a Registration Confirmation Email:

After submitting the form, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Please check your inbox to ensure your registration has been recorded.

Verification by Association Staff:

Your submitted information will be reviewed by the alumni association staff for accuracy and completeness.

Receive Membership Confirmation Email:

Once your information has been verified, you will receive an email confirming your membership status.

This email will include details about your membership and associated benefits.

 

Login to Your Account:

Once your membership is confirmed, you can log in using the username and password you created during registration.

 to access your account, update personal information, and stay updated on alumni news and events.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your Spam or Junk Mailfolder.
